Diemme Caffè, a roastery from Padua, has created Diemme Academy, a multifunctional space for training, research, and product development. Located within the company headquarters, it serves as both a showroom and a globally certified training center for coffee professionals, as well as a hub for research on coffee, cocktails, and pastry.
The Academy includes several areas: a barista training room, a brewing room, a roastery & research room, an automatic & capsule room for domestic products, and a packaging room. The central space connects the different rooms, serving as a reception area, exhibition space for Diemme products, and a venue for events with a contemporary café atmosphere.
The roastery & research room features a Giesen roaster and a coffee analysis table, using dual lighting for bean selection. The automatic & capsule room is designed like a domestic kitchen with wooden and stone finishes. The design focuses on clean, simple volumes, with hidden technical systems and wooden totems for storage and technical spaces.
Diemme Academy, with its unique model, will be replicated in countries where the brand is present.
