Founded in 1984, Arredo3 is among the leading Italian companies in the production of modern and classic kitchens, with a 183,000 sqm production site in Scorzé (VE). In recent years, the company has launched a major program to renovate and expand its headquarters, adding new production areas, advanced machinery, and a new office building.
The project was driven by the need to reorganize existing functions and enhance the company’s location along the road axis connecting Scorzé and Mogliano, through a masterplan linking production areas, offices, pathways, and green spaces. The new headquarters repurposes an existing industrial warehouse, transformed with a glass façade framed by slender black aluminum mullions that emphasize transparency and reflections.
Special attention was given to the outdoor areas, with the parking lot transformed into a sloped garden and pedestrian paths. Interiors are organized along a longitudinal axis, with a double-height hall serving as the central connection between buildings. Internal courtyards, glass, aluminum, and integrated sunshades enhance light, comfort, and spatial quality.
The conversion of the existing building reflects a sustainable strategy, focused on land savings and continuity with the company’s history and identity.
